Horse shoe Lake is a private lake owned by the residents of the community and for the sole use of the residents and friends. Our common beach area is posted with a sign as being for residents only.
Accordingly, if you see someone there whom you do not recognize, I would urge you to go challenge them and find out if they are a resident’s friend or relative. If not, please ask them to leave.
If you see someone fishing who has entered the lake are from the highway, please call the sheriff’s department the sheriff’s department will then take their license plate number the first time, and cite them on a subsequent occurrence.
